If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable location or incorrect address, a re-shipment or refund will be offered (less the postal expense). Geometry is not responsible for delays resulting from the circumstances above. In the case of a package being returned more than once, the customer is then responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order a third time.
Please get in touch with us with your order details and confirm your shipping address. We are happy to re-ship or refund your package once it is returned to our warehouse. We will not reship or refund the order until the courier confirms that the returned package has been delivered.
