How long does it take for orders to ship?Updated a month ago

Geometry orders take 3-5 business days to leave the warehouse. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives in an additional 3-5 days for U.S. orders, and 4-7 additional days for international orders. 

We operate Monday-Friday and are closed on all major U.S. holidays. 

When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.

Please check your order confirmation email for the shipping time specific to when you placed your order.

Shipping to Canada – Important Update

Due to the Canada Post strike, some deliveries may be delayed. Here’s what you need to know:

• P.O. boxes & remote ZIP codes: Currently, only Canada Post can deliver to these addresses. Orders to P.O. boxes or remote ZIP codes placed after September 29 cannot be shipped and will be canceled. If possible, use a street address instead of a P.O. box or remote ZIP code.

• Delivery delays: Alternative carriers are being used for all other addresses, but deliveries may take longer than usual.
