Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?Updated 2 months ago
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse, you are able to change the shipping address after placing an order.
To do so, please reach out to us at [email protected] and provide the full details of your new shipping address as soon as possible:
- Name
- Address line 1
- Address line 2 (if applicable)
- City
- State
- Postal/ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number
Once updated, please be aware that your shipping confirmation email will still display the original address. However, rest assured that your order will be shipped to the newly provided address on the backend.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to it. In such cases, you may need to try to retrieve the package from the original address.
