If you have any issues or concerns with an order within 90 days of purchase, email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will get you taken care of right away - whether that’s shipping you a replacement, helping you with an exchange, or processing a hassle-free return. We'll even cover the return shipping cost for one return package per order. Restrictions may apply. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process.

To initiate a return, simply inform us that you would like to return the product(s) from your order. Make sure to mention your order number for faster processing. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to attach to your return package.

Once your return package is received and processed by our facility, you will receive an email. Following the notification, your refund will be processed to the account that was used for payment.
