How do I ship back my recycle bag?Updated 17 days ago
To ship back your recycled textiles, you will need to scan the QR code on the take-back bag.
Once you scan that code, you will be taken to a page that displays your recycling credit code – you will also be sent the code via email. If you did not receive the code via email please be sure to check your spam folder.

When you are ready to view the UPS label and click that button, you will be taken to a page that displays a QR code you will use at your preferred UPS location. The UPS representative will scan the code and have your bag shipped to our recycling partner.
