We make it easy.
Simply get in touch with us at [email protected] within 90 days, tell us what you would like to return and what you would like in exchange, we'll take care of it! We'll even cover the return shipping cost for one package per order. Please allow 5-7 business days for exchanges to be processed. Restrictions may apply.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges must be requested within 90 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]
- Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Specify the item(s) you would like in exchange, including size, color, and any other relevant details.
3. Shipping Instructions
- Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the original item(s) to us.
- We will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the original item(s) and sending the new item(s) to you.
4. Processing the Exchange
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and we will ship them to you at no additional cost.
5. Conditions and Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange.
- Gift cards and other non-tangible items are not eligible for exchange.
