We cover the return shipping cost for your return or exchange (one per order).
If you have any issues, concerns, or would like to return or exchange an order within 90 days of purchase, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit your request—we’ll take care of you right away. We strive to respond to all submissions within one business day.

Once your return package is received and processed by our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been completed.
