Can I return or exchange a gift?Updated 16 days ago

Yes :) Exchanging a gift is easy! Simply use our Returns & Exchanges Portal and select "return a gift" to start the process. Please be prepared to provide as many of the following details: the original order number, the purchaser's email address, and the shipping address. 

We cover the shipping cost for one exchange per order and will provide a prepaid shipping label. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll either ship the exchange to you at no additional cost. You’ll receive an email notification once your exchange has been completed. 

Restrictions may apply. Items showing damage from misuse, improper care, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange. Gift cards, take-back bags, and other non-tangible items are not eligible.
