Yes :) Exchanging a gift is easy! Simply use our Returns & Exchanges Portal and select "return a gift" to start the process. 

We cover the shipping cost for one exchange per order and will provide a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement to you at no additional cost. You’ll receive an email notification once your exchange has been completed.

Restrictions may apply. Items showing damage from misuse, improper care, or alteration may not be eligible for exchange. Gift cards, take-back bags, and other non-tangible items are not eligible.
